Longwalk is a company based in Bangkok. We are building one app for everything Korean, Chinese and Japanese golfers need on a golf trip to Thailand. The first piece is caddie booking.
A golf trip to Thailand, in one app.
Today a golf trip to Thailand is spread across many places. Tee times go through the course or a travel agency, the caddie is assigned on the day, and transport and hotels are sorted out somewhere else. Often in a language the golfer does not speak.
Longwalk brings this into one app. We start with the caddie, because it is the part golfers have the least way to choose.
How we work
- Prove it with numbers
We decide on numbers, not on instinct. If there is no number yet, we go and get one first.
- Check it again
Even what we believe is right, we check again to see if it really is. As many times as it takes.
- Try fast, turn fast
We try small and fast. If it does not work, we change direction and try again. That loop is how we work.
Caddies get booked for their skill.
Kaddy is a golf travel platform for golfers visiting Thailand. It starts with caddies, and tee times and transfers come next. Golfers watch a short video filmed by the caddie, check her experience, languages and reviews, and book. The tip is set by each caddie and paid to her in cash after the round.
Who we are
Longwalk Co., Ltd. is registered in Bangkok. It was founded by two Koreans. The team has built a range of services at Naver, LINE and Kakao among others, with experience across brand design, product design and AI product engineering. As a Thai company founded by Koreans, we also work to connect people travelling between Thailand and Korea.
Kaddy is the first service.
