Longwalk is a Thai company. We build services for skilled workers whose track record is not recorded anywhere, starting with caddies in Thailand.
A record for skilled work.
In many skilled trades, a worker's record exists only in the memory of the people they have served. A new customer has no history to check, no way to request a specific person, and the worker's experience has no effect on their income.
Longwalk builds that record. For each trade we start on the worker's side. A profile the worker controls, reviews that come only from completed work, and payment that reaches the worker first. Customers book a specific person on that record.
How we work
- Prove it with numbers
We decide on numbers, not on instinct. If there is no number yet, we go and get one first.
- Check it again
Even what we believe is right, we check again to see if it really is. As many times as it takes.
- Try fast, turn fast
We try small and fast. If it does not work, we change direction and try again. That loop is how we work.
Caddies get booked for their skill.
Kaddy is a caddie booking app for golfers visiting Thailand. Golfers watch a short video filmed by the caddie, check her experience, languages and reviews, and book. The booking fee goes to the caddie in full.
What Kaddy holds to
- Reviews come from completed rounds
Only golfers who paid and completed the round can write one. No rankings by appearance, no popularity counts.
- The caddie is paid first
The booking fee goes to the caddie in full. Kaddy's fee is charged to the golfer.
- Caddies before courses
A course is added only after enough of its caddies have signed up. We do not list a course ahead of its caddies.
- Policy changes on evidence
Commitments start narrow and are widened after they have held. We do not reverse a policy on one season's results.
Who we are
Longwalk Co., Ltd. is registered in Bangkok. It was founded by three Koreans. The team has built a range of services at Naver, LINE and Kakao among others, with experience across brand design, product design and AI product engineering.
Kaddy is the first service.
